He has received prestigious accolades such as the Maharashtra Book of Records, Oriental Book of Records, and the Satara Udyog Samman Puraskar 2024. In acknowledgment of his dedication and achievements in human resource management, he has also been conferred with a Doctorate degree by Washington Digital University.

Gorakhnath Mahadik serves as the Operational Head at Shree HR Services, bringing extensive leadership and operational expertise from both the defence and corporate sectors. A retired Junior Commissioned Officer (Executive Cadre) from the Indian Navy, he served as a Training Instructor and developed exceptional leadership and administrative capabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, a Diploma in IT Management from Pune, has completed a Management Development Programme from Shine Institute of Nurturing Excellence, Bengaluru, and is leadership-certified by the Defence Institute, Tamil Nadu. With over 12 years of corporate experience, he has specialized in administration, facility management, security personnel training, and labour management in the sugar industry. His disciplined approach, operational excellence, and commitment to organizational growth make him a key pillar of Shree HR Services.
